When you write in, it helps to say what the item was and what SnapList did or did not do with it. If a listing came out wrong, the title it produced is usually enough for us to find the run.
Common questions
Do I need an account before I start?
No. You can create your first usable listing without an account. Sign in only when you choose Publish to eBay.
How many photos does SnapList use?
One to five photos per item. You take them yourself and decide when each shot is ready.
Can I edit the listing before it publishes?
Yes. The title, condition, item details, description, photos, and price are all editable. Nothing publishes until you confirm.
How does SnapList decide the price?
SnapList shows sold-price matches when they exist. When there are no matches, it tells you and you set the price.
Which marketplaces can SnapList publish to?
SnapList publishes directly to eBay after you confirm. Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, and Depop are assisted handoffs you finish in their own apps.
Deleting your data
You can delete an item, or your whole account, from inside the app. The privacy policy describes what each of those removes and how long anything is kept.
